Oprah Winfrey herself visited the waterfront Park in downtown St. Marys, GA, for the so called “Love Rally”, the official kick off event for her new TV series “Lovetown, USA”. The series is a co-production between the BBC and OWN, the Oprah Winfrey Network. The series is described as a “social experiment” to see what happens when a community focuses on all aspects of love for 30 days.
Besides a match-making part of the show, there is also a strong surge of community-centered events happening in the area. We will keep you posted. But first, here is the latest update from Lovetown, USA.
